All of us are always striving to be better artists. While Youtube tutorials are extremely helpful towards your teen’s art progression, does he still find himself stuck in the same place and unable to move on to the next level?
Yes, he is disciplined and practises his art every day, but in order to be good at a certain skill, he will need to master the right fundamentals, like how the basketball legend, Kobe Bryant, does!
Why is it important to practise the fundamentals first?
It is extremely important to have a strong grasp of fundamentals, because they are the basic building blocks that make up successful works of art! Would you expect your teen to be a professional artist if he doesn’t know the proper drawing techniques? The fundamentals that need to be learnt are different for every type of art, every skill and every person.
Hence, this school holidays, we will run two workshops (available for a limited time only) that will teach your teen to master the fundamentals of art and build on drawing processes to reach the best of his abilities!
As the saying goes,
once you master the fundamentals,
you can master anything else!
